This was my first time at the Porsche Service Center and my experience was great. The Service Person “Liz” was especially considerate in explaining what conclusion the inspection had uncovered, and giving me my options. I opted not to move forward with the recommendation, to see if I could find a less expensive solution. But everything she told me was correct and they actually offered not only the least expensive solution, but the peace of mind knowing that Porsche stood behind the work. Very positive!

I’ve only had Excellent service here !! Timely with appts and I didn’t have to wait too long for my car to be finished . Staff and technicians are great here .

My first time at this location and it surpassed my expectations. From the clean and inviting service entrance to the comfortable waiting/viewing area it was a great experience overall. Nick was super welcoming and thorough. The work was done by Steven, and I really appreciated the video he made, explaining the work he had performed and describing his observations. It’s great to see a team that cares as much as these guys do. Will definitely be back!

E Hanover service center is fabulous. Yearly service on my Macan was great with video explanation of recommendations. Nick was my service advisor and an absolute delight with prompt text communications and updates. Picking up the vehicle washed and shining was icing on the cake! Looking forward to my next yearly service already. Beautiful waiting area with great coffee but they also have loaners or will Uber you. Everyone was nice and professional.
