Jarad and his team were professional and responsive. They were also easy to work. They were very communicative and laid out our options clearly so that we could make an informed decision.

When you experience a flood, it can leave you feeling unsure of what to do. Micheal, from Lone star, and his staff put us at peace with their professionalism. Michael, who was calm and composed, put me at ease about my concerns that the house was not properly dried. It was good to have someone confident enough in their field take on the task. After reading all the positive comments on Lone star's website, I knew I made the correct choice. Michael and his staff are highly recommended to anyone who is in need for restoration services.

Tim and the team were great to work together!!! They repaired our hardwood floors, and even a wall that had been damaged by a water leak. Tim was prompt and always available to answer our questions. He took excellent care for our family and home. We highly recommend his service!

Aaron is wonderful! I had to deal with multiple situations including an insurance claim for water damage on my floors and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. He's truly a professional and knows what he's doing as well as his team. I fully recommend Aaron - he is a wealth of knowledge and has a great team and other contractors that can help with rebuild and painting too (as well as others). Aaron, thank you again for all your help and kindness throughout a very stressful process! You truly made it less stressful and I appreciate all your help!
