Not only did she select the most exquisite fabric selections to complement our existing sofa but offered additional design ideas during the in house consult. We would like to express our very sincere appreciation to Liz @ Home not only for an amazing product, an Elran sofa, but for absolutely incredible customer support. A special shoutout goes to Allan, the owner and to Terry, the interior design specialist we were privileged to work with. Allan went out of his way, over and above, to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Terry helped us to pick a sofa that was just right for us for our maximum comfort and was very knowledgeable in selecting an appropriate colour that would match the rest of our decor. She has a real eye for interior design and was truly a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new sofa and want to also thank Donovan and Justin—they delivered and set up the sofa. Furniture was nice almost 4 month wait. Service seemed good till they tried changing confirmed delivery time the night before morning delivery. I insisted on keeping my delivery time, they agreed with "I hope the other people aren't to disappointed". Brought my sister-in-law in she bought Furniture about half the cost, she had follow up call and store credit I got crickets, presumably because I didn't give up my confirmed delivery. I can get same level of service from big box. I have no real desire to return for future furniture needs. Delivery people were great.

We walked into Liz at Home for the first time 3 years ago and were treated with so much kindness and professionalism. 3 years after, nothing has changed. The treatment is still the same. Consistency is everything and the staff at Liz at Home understands that. We were looking for a recliner chair to complete our living room. Purchased a custom color leather chair that we've been eyeing for a little while. Terri was instrumental in helping us with choosing the color and feature options on the chair. The delivery was scheduled for 8 to 10 weeks. Luckily, we received it in 6 weeks. The chair is everything that we wanted! To Terri, Alan and the crew, Thank you!

Allan, one of the owners, provided us with excellent customer service also. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure that you, the customer, are happy and their furniture is the perfect choice for your situation. If not, they guarantee to make things right. This company is obviously invested in their customers and want you to return for more! We will! The prices are very good for the quality too!
