Most of our jobs are full basement finishes — family rooms, bedrooms, offices, and home gyms. We also do basement waterproofing and bathroom plumb-ins, including rough-in work for a bathroom you want to add later. Our difference is that we check moisture before we frame. That means walking the foundation walls, floor cracks, sump area, and exterior downspouts before we quote any finishes. It slows the start.
