I've had such an amazing experience with them from the beginning.
They actually pay attention and they're really good of explaining all of your insurance coverage in detail.
I feel very comfortable going to them with all my insurance needs.

Been a customer of Brian Green Allstate for a number of years. His staff is pretty much just like him very detailed and always helping his clients. They are a full service Insurance provider, always with the clients best interest. I enjoy talking with people and I am a good judge of character that way and everyone in Brian’s organization is very knowledgeable on the service they provide. I have sent many of my friends that way a they all have high regard for The Brian Green Organization. Keep up the good work everyone you are all fun to talk too.

had a very frustrating experience with this agency while trying to get an insurance quote. I made four separate trips to the office, only to be told each time that the agent was not available. At no point did anyone notify me ahead of time, which resulted in wasted time and unnecessary trips.
On one call, I was told the agent had returned but was busy with a client and she will call me back. I waited, but no one ever followed up with me. When I stopped by again later, Dorothy was gone. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing.
I also called to express my concerns, and while I received an apology, there was no real effort to resolve the issue or make things right. Overall, I felt disrespected and undervalued as a potential customer.
I expected better professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression.

Great agency. Dorothy is amazing and so good to work with and so thorough. I referred her to some clients as I'm real estate agent and she took time to contact them after hours and was able to get them an insurance binder the next morning. Brian and his agents are very attentive and that's very important to me. I like getting the email reminders that my insurance is due, that is so helpful. To top it all off the rates are great. Would highly recommend and do.
