My husband and I are still on culinary cloud 9 from our dinner at The Pine last night!Every single moment and morsel of the experience was exceptional. The attention to detail at The Pine is remarkable - the 18 courses were choreographed so seamlessly and flowed perfectly, with a little intermezzo in the back garden for a palette cleanse and a BBQ scallop between the "snacks" and the series of mains. 18 courses sounds impossible but while we left full and satiated, we didn't feel over-stuffed or uncomfortable like we have at other tastings. And every single bite was perfection - it's hard to choose favourites but i think the dum sum course (3 courses served together) is the one i can't get out of my head. And the service - so welcoming, unpretentious, yet expert and had such a beautiful flow to it - we interacted with every single team member and felt so special. The room itself is beautiful and simple, letting the food shine but feeling intimate and contemporary and comfortable. 100% worth the drive to Creemore, ON. Our first visit and certainly not our last!

Our meal at The Pine was the highlight of a recent weekend stay in Creemore!

The restaurant has many accolades, including a Michelin Star and a spot on the North America's 50 best restaurants - put away your preconceptions - the restaurant crew are extremely welcoming and friendly. The place has a great, relaxed vibe. Service and attention to detail is impeccable with no stuffiness or pretension.

We enjoyed the food and non alcoholic pairings so much that this was our 2nd time making the trip and we want to return a third time to see how the menu changes with the seasons. It's a pleasure to taste dishes that are inspired by the chef's travels throughout China but re-interpreted to highlight little known Canadian ingredients.

I can report from experience that The Pine is a great place for couples and larger groups as well.

A truly amazing experience. We were warmly welcomed and seated the second we arrived and instantly felt settled for the evening. The team were attentive and engaging, explaining the dishes well and incorporating their suggestions and a sense of frivolity into the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed with a surprising yet tasteful playlist in the background. As to the food, it's hard to find the words. The chef and team prepared each dish with true care and artistry. The tastes were out of this world, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful or whimsical and often both. I haven't a single bit of criticism, this is fine dining done right. Thank you for an incredible and memorable evening!

Dining at The Pine in Creemore was, without question, the finest culinary experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every aspect of the experience had been thoughtfully curated and executed with exceptional care.

The restaurant has earned its Michelin star, and after experiencing it firsthand, it is easy to understand why. Every dish was a masterpiece—beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and bursting with creativity and flavour. The attention to detail was extraordinary, with each ingredient serving a purpose and every course telling its own story.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The staff delivered a level of hospitality that was simply out of this world. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest had a memorable evening. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the entire meal.

The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, allowing the food and service to shine while creating a truly special dining experience. Every element, from the presentation to the pacing of the courses, was flawless.

If you’re looking for a world-class dining experience, The Pine is a destination that exceeds even the highest expectations. It is a remarkable restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin recognition, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Pine. The food was incredibly delicious, creative, and thoughtfully prepared. Every dish felt unique and well-balanced, and you can really tell the chefs put a lot of care into the menu.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the food and recommendations, which made the dining experience even better. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated — clean, neat, cozy, and elegant without feeling overdone.

Definitely worth the drive and absolutely worth the money. One of those places that feels memorable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you enjoy creative food and a great atmosphere.
