We celebrated our anniversary at Lore, and the entire evening was spectacular from start to finish.

Every single dish across the 15 courses was incredible, inventive, packed with flavor, and genuinely fun to experience. The pacing was spot on with food coming out smoothly, and the portion sizes hit that rare tasting-menu sweet spot where we left completely satisfied and full.

What really set the night apart was the hospitality. The space has a great vibe, and the team was warm, attentive, and down-to-earth. They surprised us with a personalized, signed menu with our names on it, which made the celebration feel truly special. To top it all off, they treated us to an off-the-menu pairing for one of the courses that ended up being our absolute favorite of the night.
It was an unforgettable anniversary dinner, and we can’t wait to come back.

The is a great second restaurant for Chef Jeremy. We were quite excited to try an à la carte by him and were a bit disappointed when they shifted to replicating the tasting menu from the Pine, but with that said, it was still a great experience.

Greeting was warm and pleasant and were seated quickly at a table with another couple.
The welcome cocktail was a very nice touch and was fantastic.

We decided to do the abundance menu and other than a few dishes that weren’t our taste and could have used more… something. (looking at you arctic char and deviled egg)
The other dishes were fantastic with the shrimp
Ring being the most memorable. The poutine was also a very creative twist.
Overall, a great evening, and do recommend if you’re looking for a nice night out.

Wow!! After dining at The Pine in Creemore and having an incredible experience, we were excited to try chef Jeremy’s newest restaurant and it certainly did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the service team. We sat at the bar and after getting a run down of the menu decided to order à la carte. Each dish that came out was somehow better than the last, with creative plating and unique flavours. The highlights of our meal were the holiday shrimp ring, wings à la royale, and the steak tartar. Another fantastic dining experience that we will certainly come back to again and again!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at LORE. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable night, but the food completely stole the show. Every single dish was phenomenal, beautifully presented, and packed with incredible flavor.

Cassie and Jeffrey have done it again. Following the success of The Pine is no small feat, but Lore more than rises to the occasion with its own distinct identity. The menu leans beautifully into seafood, and the European wine list is a thoughtful complement to every dish. Each course burst with flavour and was presented with real creativity. We left so impressed that I booked our next reservation before we even got home. I can’t wait to work my way through the rest of the menu!
