DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have never left a negative review before, but they ruined my couch. It used to be white and they turned it gray. I have tried to sort this out directly with them for the past two months but they have sent me on an endless loop of customer service representatives and have been so rude. They tried to blame me for it turning gray by saying that my couch was very old (it is only three years old) and that it’s stained both because I had never cleaned it before but then also because I had cleaned it before. As you can see from the grid stains it’s clearly from the vacuum or cleaner that they used. I simply requested a refund for the service, which I felt was more than reasonable, given the expense that I will have to further pay to reupholster the couch or replace it. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
