Exceptional Service and Flawless Work!

I cannot recommend JTW Motor Sports enough! They recently worked on my 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid, installing wheel spacers, a trailer hitch, and the wiring harness.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish:

Lily in scheduling was awesome to work with, keeping everything organized and making the process incredibly smooth.

Omar (the owner) is a true professional and a man of his word—exactly the kind of business owner you want to deal with.

Marcos (the mechanic) did amazing, top-tier work. The final install is incredibly clean, and everything works perfectly.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire job. If you want high-quality work done right the first time, go see the team at JTW Motor Sports!

Pictures coming!

Complete lack of accountability and lack of workmanship. I went to get my tire fixed just for air to be leaking still the next few days. Then I was given several reasons why my tire was not working as if those conditions were not present when I first arrived. I was given 3 excuses and told that the only solution was a new tire. It was a waste of money to trust them and I will not be back.

Edit: My main issue is less about the warranty and more about discernment. There is a faulty plug that was placed by your worker. I was then told that the plug was too close to the sidewall which was not true, but even if so, should've been discussed prior to plug. Then a worker proceeded to say that my tire was not good then I was told that my shocks needed to be changed. Instead of properly 1) doing the plug correct or 2) inspecting the tire, I'm down $40 because I had to go to another tire shop to fix the poor workmanship. If a plug was the issue then maybe a patch should've been used instead like the next tire shop. My interpretation of the events was that it was just a lazier and faster fix that resulted in a faulty plug. The only remedy I was offered was a $140 new tire. If I was confident in their workmanship and had not already spent money, I wouldve considered. It was disheartening that further remedy was not available after shoddy work.

Btw if you do a patch then the limited warranty is still legally in effect. There is no waiver of warranty due to faulty workmanship. A reasonable job must be done.

Did an amazing job with my 3.5 inch lift along with installing some 35’s.

Highly recommend! I went an hour before they closed at 7:30pm with no appointment to get my new wheels installed. They put the wheels on, programmed the TPMS sensors, adjusted my coilovers to make sure there was no rubbing, and dialed in the alignment all for a very reasonable price and they even stayed a few minutes late to make sure it was done right. Really appreciate them getting me in last minute.
