I've been going here for a few years now. I know they are going through some new internal changes and I will say this upon reflection.

There is no shame going to this dentistry regardless of how you mouth looks. Will they inform you of what you can change to make your life easier with your teeth? Absolutely! Will they try to get you to take baby steps if it is overwhelming? Yes. They will meet you where you are and give you the truth in a way youre not embarassed. Now that doesnt guarentee all shame is going to disappear. They are just more approachable than in other offices I've been to.

Everyone there has been kind and compassionate in my experience. They understand the nuances of how to help people and fit into your schedule and not the other way around.

I know my brushing and flossing has improved with their guidance. They know how to help people who might be skidish of going. Dental care is taught but not always taught well. Habits take time. They do a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable when discussing your dental hygiene. I recommend this place to anyone with a desire to get their teeth where they want them to be.

I've been coming to the office for years with Dr. Ray, who just retired, and I've always been happy with the staff! Recently, my last two services within a year were with new staff and management, and I'm happy with my dental hygienist Jossy and Dr. Morelli, who I met today. They're both professional and not pushy with their recommendations, but they had a professional talk and recommendations that make me trust them. 😊

I have been a patient there for more than 15 years! Laurie is the best dental hygienist :) All the staff is welcoming and always remember my name:) Our entire family uses their services! Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at this office for 17 years, Dr. Ray, who was wonderful, but retired recently, I went into the office because I was having a slight tooth pain. They immediately told me I needed a root canal.. they took more x-rays just to make sure and indeed told me I definitely needed a root canal the dentist that was there on duty could not get my Jaw numb so told me to come back to a different dentist on a different day. I went back the next week to see another specialist ,She walked in and Said it didn’t look like I needed a root canal at all maybe just a filling, but we should probably do a root canal because at some point in the future I may need one… I was quoted a price of $4800 and then said with my insurance it would only cost me $3111. My insurance paid half, and that most certainly is not half of $4800.
The dentist started to inject me with Novacaine, but could not get me numb again second time different dentist, but my eye went numb and I could not close it they Taped a shut and walked out of the room and never checked on me to see how I was doing.
I waited a while, went to the front desk while they were scurrying around trying to figure out what to do with me.
Made another appointment with yet again a different specialist For mid June.
It did not sit well with me so I started looking around for a different dentist office. I found one and made an appointment.
I had such a difficult time trying to get Dr. Ray‘s office to send over my x-rays to this new office… When I went for my consultation to the new dentist They immediately said that I did not need an A root canal or a filling for that matter. So you can imagine how upset I was to think that I almost spent all that money on the service that i didn’t Need in the first place.
Unfortunately, the office is only out to make money and is not caring about their patients .
I will miss my hygienist Laurie Who has been wonderful over the years, but I will never step foot in that office again and neither should you!

Five stars are not enough to rate this place. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed. Ari and Erica make you feel right at home, and everyone here is incredibly kind and attentive.

There are not enough words to describe the outstanding care I received from Josi, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Morelli, along with Naz, who did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. They truly made me feel like part of a family.

A special thank you as well to Dr. Wotfe for her guidance and advice. I will definitely be coming back. I am extremely happy with the results.
