Most of what we coat is residential garage floors. We also do basements and patios, and commercial properties such as warehouses. Every floor gets diamond ground before any coating goes down. Grinding opens up the concrete so the coating actually bonds to it. On basement floors we check for moisture first, because a slab that's pushing up water will lift a coating no matter how well it was put down.
