We clean and inspect chimneys, repair and rebuild crowns, replace chase covers and caps, install liners, waterproof and repair chimney masonry, and restore chimneys that look worn or stained. We look at the chimney properly first, by hand, with a camera, or with a drone when we need to see the top. Then we show you what we found and go over the options. Sometimes a chimney needs a major repair. Other times a smaller repair solves the problem and costs a lot less. We also service gas and wood-burning fireplaces, inserts and stoves, and work with property managers and HOAs. Prices: chimney sweep and cleaning $349, with an inspection on the same visit. Chimney inspection $49, credited toward any work we perform. Camera add-on $75. Repairs are quoted in writing after we look at the chimney. We take cash, check, credit cards and Zelle. Read more
