Called Stonegate Appliance Repair for my refrigerator. The Technician, Jeff, came by my house, local guy, very friendly, kind of funny, he complained about dishwashers and washing machines and essentially all appliances being cheap made in China crap, which I appreciated, as I am also a guy who also complains about everything being made in China. No seriously, he was ok, the first place I called sent a Middle Eastern fellow whose name I forgot, who was also very nice actually, and surprisingly cheap, but he didn't really fix anything, my refrigerator was still leaking from the ice maker. Anyway, was great, made it easy, laughed at my jokes, grew up nearby, told appliance repair stories while lying on my kitchen floor futzing with whatever you call that thing at the bottom of the fridge. He had to come back a second time, with the appropriate part, but the whole thing was still fairly cheap, the guy who came by to fix our hot tub charged like 4x as much.
