Nathan was amazing! He was very personable, he took his time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything before I agreed to the repairs, he definitely knows his job and you can tell he enjoys his job and does his best to fix the issue. He came prepared with shoe covers 🎉🎉 without me having to give him a pair. If I had an issue again I would definitely request he comes out.

Excellent, quick service! My husband called early in the morning concerning our plumbing. A Ted’s serviceman (Levi) was at our home within 45 minutes of his call! He took his time to thoroughly inspect our well system, which ended up needing a new pump. The replacement was done efficiently, quickly, and with precision. All communication was clear and open throughout the process. Thank you Ted’s for a wonderful experience from start to completion!

Levi and Tyler were the two service technicians I dealt with. Both very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all my questions. I was pleased with turnaround time from service call on Sunday and getting the new water heater installed on Monday.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is the total price. I just can’t get over how much things have gone up.

Awesome experience. I had no clue my HVAC system was in not so great condition. Julio was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things and show pictures. Something I’ve never really gotten with other companies. He is awesome. Now I can plan ahead instead of having this false impression that my system is in good condition. Excellent service. Glad I switched to Ted’s.
