Our A/C went out and we had called several companies trying to get someone out to assess the issues. Polestar had the first availability And they quickly assessed what needed done. Having purchased this home last year with very old appliances, we knew that there was probably going to be instances with big ticket items that needed replaced. We were not entirely prepared for having to replace an entire unit But knowing that our old unit would take thousands of dollars to repair, it made sense to us to just replace all of it at one time.

They assessed on a Thursday night (9-11:30pm) and were at our home at 8:30 AM the next day for install. They had several options as far as payment plans go and tiers of units to choose from so we could get a size and payment option that worked for our budget. The install crew was very respectful and made sure we understood everything before they left. He explained all of the things they did (even though I didn’t understand half of it haha). Everything was up and running in less than seven hours. They cleaned up nicely and left nothing behind. Our house started cooling immediately and by evening it was extremely comfortable in our home. From the maintenance tech to the sales associate and the install crew, Everyone was kind and professional. We are happy with our purchase!

Polestar just did a complete replacement of my HVAC system and I am very pleased. I called more to get an opinion but after what seemed like good advice, they also came out and explained exactly what they would do. I decided to go with Polestar. The service was incredibly prompt. They call before coming out, they protect your home by wearing foot covering every time they enter, they worked diligently all day. I loved that they kept us updated throughout the process. When they finished up they gave a detailed tutorial of the new equipment. Not only is the new system quiet it is going to be energy efficient. Best of all, it’s cool and comfortable in our home! They did a great job.

We have a large boiler system on our home and it has a large water pump The pump failed at the least opportune time for us. This repair required urgent attention and polestar responded to my 7:45 AM call and coordinated an appointment to diagnose our situation. They ordered parts and followed up the next day to install the new pump. Of course it was winter and extremely cold outside so the repair work could not wait. The pump functioned properly and the work was competently completed. Polestar is very savvy with boilers and they knew what work had to be completed.

At no fault of their own. There ended up being a manufacturers defect with the pump. Polestar responded immediately and coordinated appointments to remedy the situation. I felt that the polestar crew was more knowledgeable than the manufacturer of this pump and I was quite relieved by their expertise. They replaced the manufacturer’s defective pump and made the situation 100% resolved. The new pump was professionally installed and works perfectly.
