Switching insurance companies is not fun; but Bruce worked hard on getting better rates and setting up new policies for my home, auto and commercial business. Bruce truly cares. His customer service is world class. Farmers was competitive and has great options for coverage. I can say Bruce is the agent you want. If you have insurance with someone else I would highly recommend checking out Bruce and what Farmers has to offer.

Having made inquiries to several insurance agents in my recent shopping of casualty insurance, Bruce was by far the most responsive. He willingly answered any questions that I had and if he didn't know the answer right away, he took the necessary steps to find the answer and get back to me in a prompt manner. In my eyes, he made most of his competitors look rather pathetic.
