Amazing experience with this store and associate Amari!! When we first bought the boots she was so helpful and kind, great purchase experience. Then when we had an issue with one of the boots, she took it upon herself/took the initiative to make it right and get us a replacement. Despite the issue we had with 1 dysfunctional boot, we will for sure come back because they made it so easy to fix. Amari deserves a big raise for going above and beyond for us and making us now lifelong customers! Highly recommend this location.

Had a wonderful experience with a wonderful staff member, Jessica. She was patient with me, took the time to understand my wants, and made sure I got the right sizes and felt comfortable with my choices. We went near closing time, and although that must be stressful for her, she was incredibly sweet and patient! Thank you, Jessica!!

Amazing customer service, and extremely
friendly staff who is very helpful and knowledgeable. The new management really stepped up the morale in the store and I feel welcomed every time I go in. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. Went I. To exchange same shoes different size. I was told that they weren’t on sale anymore and that I would have to pay the 20% difference. Same shoes! Never heard of this ever. Always should be a straight exchange.
