Frank Van Der Staay is an amazing real estate agent! Our family bought our first home and after looking at over 26 homes, we found a beautiful house for our family! Frank was there every step of the way helping us through everything and answering all our questions! Frank even helped us afterwards when he did not have too! Our family consider him a friend, part of our family even. I would recommend Frank to anyone that needs real estate help! Thank you Frank for all your hard work, (and putting up with me, lol). You are the best!

My wife & I chose Frank after we had the opportunity to speak with him at his real estate office in Huntsville. Frank’s extensive knowledge of Muskoka and surrounding area was important & inspiring to us. After spending time with Frank visiting many possible homes, he exceeded all expectations! As repeat buyers, we had a vision of what we wanted, and Frank spent countless hours researching possibilities. Frank was incredibly patient, understood our expectations, and reached out to us when he had something interesting to offer. Frank was instrumental in sharing all information relative to potential homes and provided his feedback. Frank’s leadership and negotiation skills helped us purchase our dream home and was instrumental is selling our home close to asking without the stress that is usually associated with buying & selling a home. Frank is proactive, empathetic and a resilient agent you can trust. We highly recommend Frank for your real estate needs.

I would recommend Frank to all my family and friends as an agent selling and purchasing a home. He took the time to show us homes when we were thinking about moving to the Huntsville area over a few years knowing we were not ready to make the move. He did this with kindness and knowledge of the areas we were looking at with no following up pressure to buy. He was always available and willing to show us homes anytime we asked and were in the area. When we were finally serious to make the transition to move to Huntsville, he made arrangements to show us multiple properties with patience. He made us feel we were his only clients and gave us his full attention. Frank is a great person to know and an even better agent to use to purchase a home. Thank you Frank!
