She felt heard and understood, which sometimes is hard when there is a time limit to the consult.
He was very informative regarding the next steps she needs to take moving forward.

I had an excellent experience today with the Endo Concierge team and Dr. Ramon Martinez. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, they brought me in right away for my blood tests, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Martinez is extremely professional, kind, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through my InBody test results in a clear and helpful way. The InBody test itself was a great addition to the whole experience, it provides detailed insights into BMI, body fat, muscle mass, and more, which made the visit even more valuable.

I also want to highlight Carolina, who was very attentive and supportive throughout the process.

Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of care and professionalism I received. Highly recommend!
