I had the pleasure of working with Evan during my plumbing inspection. He was detailed, knowledgable, and attentive to the issues. He was my boots on the ground following a property inspection and checked out all my plumbing systems to verify any issues and to make sure things were working properly. Being offsite in another state, I appreciated his feedback and thorough explanations. We ended up not needing any plumbing remediation for the sale of the property but I would highly recommend Wickstrom to take a look at your systems.

Great company with very professional employees. From the beginning on deciding what equipment suits us best to installation. We highly recommend the Wickstrom family operated for your heating and cooling needs.

Special thanks to Levi E., Stetson B., Kody M., and Morgan S. Supervisor, each did a great job and cleaned up the job site.

Had to have main waterline replaced. Wickstrom's representative, Jake Sawin, arrived within 45 minutes of the initial call. He presented an aura of integrity, knowledgeable and professionalism. The crew reported to begin the repairs as scheduled. All 3 members, Farris, Max and Kody were personable, courteous, respectful and very positive about the task at hand.
The job was primarily completed by end of day. They came back the next day, met with the inspector and given the all good. They then filled in the holes and removed the plywood used to protect the neighbor's lawn.
Additionally, they went to speak with my neighbors about what they needed to do and the steps they would take to protect their lawn before any work began. This was not expected, but really impressive, even though I sent a text to alert them what was going to happen.
The cost was a quite the bite, but considering what needed to done and how they performed, worth every penny!
Thanks guys!

Colton S. went over and beyond during my whole house plumbing inspection. In order to bring up to code in my bathroom he notched out the bottom drawers of my vanity and fixed a drawer handle. I know that wasn’t on his bingo card for the day and certainly not something he was required to do. I sure appreciate the extra effort he put into the job yesterday. Thanks for the carpenter work Colton! 😂

Jaime did an annual inspection of our HVAC system. He was very thorough, professional and clearly explained our whole system while showing and teaching me about various components and how to keep our system running in tip-top shape.

Conner did a great job inspecting our plumbing from top to bottom and did a flush of our water softner. Great customer service and professional.

I really appreciated the office staff working with us and scheduling our visits together. Great company, would recommend!
