I want to first say I come here weekly and I am a regular customer.
The service is going down hill FAST.
The guys cutting the pizza and the guy running the cashier, do not know customer service and are very rude and disrespectful.

I ordered 20 pepperoni pizzas and 20 cheese pizza.
I told the cashier I wanted them to go, but a plate I want to eat one slice here please. (It is very loud)

I waited, the food came quickly.
I asked if I can get a napkin and one paper plate.

The cashier guy and the pizza cutting guy both told me separate times, I have to pay extra for a plate, since I ordered to go. Even though I asked for one at the cash register when I ordered.

This is one example.
When the girls were upfront working there were no issues and it was more of a family restaurant atmosphere.
Now it’s not the same atmosphere.

* edit * after reading other reviews I can see I’m not the only one with problems with the staff.

Let’s hope the owners read the reviews and actually do something about it.

I always loved Bob's pizza. It was one of my favorite pizza places. I was there when they opened for the day. The pizza was way too saucy and normally that's okay cause it's still good just can't pick it up I got it for takeout and when I got in the car I tried to eat it and couldn't cause I couldn't pick it up at all. It wasn't pizza you can pick up to eat. So I went back in to ask for a fork and I was told I had to pay for a plastic fork which is ridiculous. So I just went back out to the car and tried to eat it again and couldn't so i went back in there and asked them to give me a plastic fork again and the lady flippy hair lady and the young girl that runs the register was very rude about it.

I’ve been to a lot of pizza places and ate a lot of pizza. Bob’s Pizza is the BEST pizza in the World (or at least in my world) and only 40 cents a slice! It’s the only business establishment that hasn’t been affected by inflation since 1990! Highly Recommend is an understatement! Bob’s Pizza is a MUST!
