Highly recommend! I had an issue with my garage door not closing and I needed a new motor/rollers. This was late afternoon and Joe responded immediately. Same evening Joe and Santos fixed the problem. I can tell the quality of the new motor/rollers is so much better than what I had. Working, running smoothly and much more quiet.
Call if you need help-they were very attentive.

I was having issues with my garage door and was planning to make arrangements for a tune up since it had been a while since it had any TLC. Well, the door had other plans, it decided to act up when I got home! 😱 The door wouldn’t come all the way down! I gave Austin Garage Door Solutions a call, rather late
I wasn’t expecting my call to be returned, but Joe sent a text we discussed the issue with the door told me the cost and ways I could pay. He said he would have a Technician out the next morning. José arrived and explained thoroughly what was going on with the door and how he would address the issues, he said to give him 25 minutes and he’d get it fixed, and that’s exactly what he did! He left some business cards with me too. Austin Garage Door Solutions service is efficient, precise, and professional, the price was definitely fair. I most def will call again for service. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend these guys. I have been trying to get our garage door fixed for a while and all the other shops won't even give you a quote or price range without sending someone out for a trip fee. Joe reached out same day on the weekend. I sent some photos over and he quoted me a reasonable price with a 10Y warranty. He had someone come out that afternoon and got it fixed in an hour. He then followed up to confirm our warranty was in the system. 5 stars earned from my POV. Will use them again if I ever have issues.

Go ahead and schedule your service, they are great.
I had an excellent experience, first of all they gave me a quote with just a few pictures over the phone.
Secondly the price was great (I checked).
Then they accommodated scheduling me the same day, they were even kind enough to come late evening to start and complete the work.
The price after the job was done was as they said, no surprises.
The communication with Joe was quick, and the work by Santos the technician was detailed, he even adjusted adjacent components that were outside of scope to make sure he delivered a perfect result.
Recommend highly 6/5 stars

Seems like it’s always a situation where things break over the weekend, and this time on a Sunday none the less. The spring snapped trapping all of our cars in the garage, Joe had someone here within 45 minutes and had us fixed up in no time. Pricing was great and it comes with a 10 year warranty. Thanks Austin Garage Door Solutions for an awesome experience.
