I had an excellent experience with Auto Glass Worx. Fareeza, Ken, and Kolby were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. They carefully inspected my new windshield before installation and sent it back due to a small defect, demonstrating a high commitment to quality. The installation was perfect and the follow-up reminder to remove the windshield tape later in the day was a great touch reflecting solid customer service. I highly recommend Auto Glass Worx and will definitely return for future windshield needs.

I was referred by a friend to come to AutoGlassWorx to get my vehicle front windshield replaced. My first contact experience was with Faneeza, she was professional and personable. She was able to schedule me an appointment to accommodate my schedule. Once I arrived, her service team was professional and let me know how long the window replacement was going to take. I was also offered free coffee, snacks while waiting for my vehicle in the lounge area. The experience was seamless and made me feel valued. I would highly recommend AutoGlassWorx to other customers looking for competent technicians, and being serviced by professionals who care about customer experience.

I had my windshield crack. The next day I called around and Auto Glass Worx was able to get me in quickly. Faneeza was very helpful, explained the different type of windshields and gave me a bunch of options. The shop installed it nicely and it looks the same as it did before. They even followed up with me after to remind me when to take the tape off. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This is my first time getting a windshield replaced and did a lot of research, Ken and Glass Auto Worx was coming up as a really good option from all the reviews. I would say that the reviews about Glass Auto Worx checks out. Ken personally contacted me to explain to me the process and what he thinks is the best for my car. I would say that his knowledge and expertise in the space shines whenever he’s dealing with his customers. You can really tell that he cares about his customers and the service that they provide. I would highly recommend to get your windshield done here.

My friend Tommy recommended this auto glass shop because he knows Kenny . I had to replace a windshield on my Mercedes. They made it so easy for me to understand, had the best price in town and also they worked so efficiently. I was there 2hrs only. They explain everything and take time to make sure I understood the process and what I was getting. I couldn’t recommend them more! Below is before and after.
