Wendell was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire repair process. He was very communicative, always got back to me quickly, and made what was otherwise a frustrating experience with my insurance company so much easier.

Jamie, who I believe was the person helping with the phones, was also very helpful whenever I called.

Most importantly, the repair itself looks amazing. My CR-V looks brand new again, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had even cleaned the interior before I picked it up. That extra touch was really appreciated.
