I cannot recommend Vitre Zone highly enough! I came in with a completely shattered rear window, and thanks to Raffi, what could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I arrived, Raffi was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Although the shop didn’t have my window in stock, he went above and beyond to track one down, truly making the impossible possible. His willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me, especially since I was away from home in Montreal.

His attention to detail and expertise were outstanding. He took great pride in his work and made sure everything was done perfectly. Raffi’s kindness and dedication honestly made my entire stay in Montreal.

Thank you again, Raffi! 10/10 service—I would recommend Vitre Zone to everyone.

I had my car front windshield replaced by Rafi, and I’m very satisfied with the service. He was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The installation was clean and done with great attention to detail. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Rafi for anyone needing windshield replacement or auto glass service!

Absolutely amazing service! Got my window done in under an hour and the quality is perfect. Super efficient, professional, and everything was done clean and precise.
You can tell he really knows what he’s doing — fast work but no shortcuts at all. The finish looks flawless and everything was handled with care.
If you’re in Laval and need any window work, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
