I'm from out of town and I have very limited French. I walked in the door with an emergency rear windshield replacement and Jacques himself greeted me. He noted me struggling with French and switched to English. They had my car done in 3 hours, even though it meant they had to drive to a different location to pick up the windshield. They were friendly and kind. They were businesslike, they kept me in the loop with a couple of phone calls through the day to let me know how it was progressing. I recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. They are just fantastic

Great phone service(with Rosie I believe), great in person service with the kind lady at the reception who offered me coffee. Very informative , helpful, and polite. Had a chip on my windshield and it was repaired pretty quickly and efficiently. The owner is experienced. Well deserved 5 star.
