What a surprise! To be honest, I was pretty skeptical about the five-star reviews, but they’ve truly earned it.

The customer service was excellent. They came right to my work place to replace the windshield in less than an hour. It is clear that these guys really know what they’re doing; they didn't hesitate at all during the replacement process. They explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, and the whole thing was very fast.

Honestly, you just don't see this kind of customer service in Canada anymore. Everyone treats you with total indifference, and they act annoyed to help you, as if they're doing you the biggest favor in the world.

The service from Andy and his team, however, has been wonderful.

Of course, now I’ll have to wait and see how things hold up over time, but for now, they have definitely earned those five stars. Best of all, the price was extremely competitive compared to the big-name brands around the city, which can be three times more expensive (belive me, I've quoted).

Few weeks ago, they replaced my windshield and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
