Took 2019 Honda Civic in for estimate after hitting and scraping rear door on cement post. satisfied with estimate they were able to take the car in that day saying to expect it back in 7 days. Car was finished and ready after5 days. Car looks great with lifetime warranty. Staff were busy but helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with service and repairs.

Had my car repaired at CSN Advance in Victoria BC. An assessor suggested that I get the repair done through my insurance. I was just going to pay for the repairs myself. But my good driving record over the past 25 years and the fact that I had Road Star insurance (which paid for the 5 day car rental) It was just a $500 deductible instead of $5000. I had no idea how much it costs to repair a car these days. I have had CSN Advance (formerly Advance Collision ) do all my repair work since 1984 and have always been very satisfied with their work. I just couldn’t look at my new car every day with the damage I caused having owned it for such a short time.

Beware of this shop!
This body shop looks good from the outside, but has somehow given my vehicle back to me with more damage than initially brought in with.
They also somehow repaired things that didn’t need to be repaired charged ICBC for repairs that weren’t done including the inside passenger door panel, which then they asked me to not tell BCAA And that they would fix it. After doing that they offered to assist me to line up my doors with a hinge issue that I was having for me to find out that they didn’t even attempt to do this because none of the bolt were adjusted and the hinges were exactly the same. . They called this a Goodwill gesture haha.
They are liars And slightly incompetent.
Hopefully my meeting with Chek News next week can help to steer people away from this collision repair shop and hopefully save people the pain and suffering that I’ve been going through since the summer with this initially incurred. If anyone has any questions or needs to see paperwork or any more pictures with regards to this, please let me know And I’ll be more than happy to show you whatever you need.
*Thanks for your yet again lies. This just proves my point about this entire issue.
I just wish the shop would take responsibility for the lies and damage that had occurred. Even when responding to a review they can’t be honest. *
STAY AWAY from this shop, the owner and Tyler are awful.
I’ve opened up a concern with ICBC, reported them to BBB, and am currently pursuing other avenues to make sure this shop doesn’t continue doing TERRIBLE WORK for people who’ve already been through emotional and stressful accidents.
