Unfortunately i’m leaving a 1 star, it was a pretty stressful experiences with this shop in a span of 2 weeks and lost more money because of 2 work days we had to book off. First appointment the glass took 5 days to come and this shop shattered it during installation which we were okay with (mistakes happens) the second window were expected to come about a week after only for our appointment to be cancelled 2 hours before the appointment, The glass never came. 2 days unpaid, wasted time and plans. Would not recommend if you urgently need a new glass. Talked to a different shop and they were able to get us in 2 hours after we called them.

Excellent service from Raj. They replaced my windshield and calibrated my camera, and also changed my air filter and windshield wipes. They also submitted my comprehensive insurance claim. I dropped the car off at 9:30am and picked up at 2:30pm.

The Windshield Replacement Service I had at Speedy Glass - Pembroke St. was top-notch! Raj was my contact for the entirety of my experience and he is a pro! He kept me informed about the replacement and ICBC insurance process, and the Speedy Glass Team did a fantastic job on the replacement of the windshield, wipers and cabin air filter; to boot, they also gave my car's dash and console some much needed wipedown TLC and the floor mats were taken care of too (I was planning to do it this week, I swear! [:)] ). While I don't plan to have any more windshield damage going forward, if I did, I would not hesitate to return to this branch! Thank you all so much!

I was very impressed by the service from this Speedy Glass. The whole process was super easy and as advertised. The most impressive for me was that this shop acted more like an independent shop when there was a hiccup with my windshield replacement, my car was missing some trim and that was causing water to get where it shouldn't, so they went ahead and came up with solution using shop supplies; I would have expected a chain shop to stop the process, call me, and then order in the missing trim instead. But these guys recognized that my car is not a "looker" but is fully functional, so a handmade repair was perfect for it.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the service was exceptional. Raj was very customer centric and accommodating from the first visit all the way to pickup. The team did me a big favour by picking the car up from another shop and bringing it to Speedy.
