⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars isn't enough for Brenda! As Canadians buying our very first investment property in the US, we were naturally a bit nervous about navigating the unfamiliar paperwork. Brenda at Fidelity National Title (Sand Lake) was absolutely wonderful and put all our worries to rest. She is incredibly informative and took the time to explain every single detail, making sure we completely understood everything before signing. She even stayed with us way after hours just to ensure our closing was finished and handled correctly, all while remaining incredibly pleasant, patient, and kind. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched. Thank you, Brenda, for going above and beyond for us! If you want a title professional who truly cares and goes the extra mile, ask for Brenda.

As a Transaction Coordinator, I've had the pleasure of working with Brenda Chesher on several closings, and she's truly a joy to work with. She takes ownership of every transaction, communicates proactively, and somehow always seems to send updates and documents before I even think to ask. That kind of organization and follow-through makes such a difference!

Beyond being incredibly efficient, Brenda is patient, kind, and professional with everyone involved. She keeps transactions moving smoothly while making the process feel easy for the entire team. Working with her genuinely makes my job more enjoyable, and I always look forward to seeing her name on a file. I highly recommend Brenda and Fidelity National Title to anyone looking for a title professional who goes above and beyond!

We used Fidelity National Title -Sand Lake for the closing on the sale of our late Mother's house. Betzy and Brenda could not have been more professional, efficient or easier to deal with. With pleasure I highly recommend them!
