This place used to be great when Ed owned. Now it’s in shambles. Looks nicer inside but the staff is confused and mismanaged. Coffee pots are always empty. I test to see if there is even coffee in them before I order. I often just walk back out because there is no coffee. I ordered a coffee the other day that was $3.50. The staff member took my 4 dollars and said I’m sorry I am out of quarters and just turned around and walked away from me. I was there today and people were waiting on orders and complaining at the counter they have been waiting for over a half hour. I’d love this place to get better since I live so close but unfortunately it will most likely be closed soon.

I used to love Bagel International, but lately it feels like they’ve completely gone downhill. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve ordered something and they’ve forgotten to put a bagel in the bag. The same thing has happened with Uber Eats orders too.
At this point, I’m just tired of it. Consistently getting orders right shouldn’t be that difficult. After so many mistakes and disappointments, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back.

Do not go here. I ordered an everything egg bagel with turkey and cheese, it came with ketchup. Did not ask for ketchup. This was the redo because they initially gave me the complete wrong order. I have never seen a place mess up two bagel orders back to back and on the REDO,

Picked up two bagel sandwiches. Two different bagels/sandwiches. They were completely wrong. What I ordered ended up on the other bagel and vice versa. Both came with 1 slice of bacon. I paid for an extra egg and the pictures shows my "extra egg." Never going back. As a local, the sell of this establishment clearly shows the difference in product.

Love the bagels here! Today I came in for a breakfast sandwich that was perfect. Bacon egg and cheese on a lightly toasted sesame bagel. It’s not a great place to eat in, especially if it’s crowded. However, today, in September, early in the morning, it was perfect.
