Friendly enough, but as for immigration help, completely uninformed and useless. Used the wrong form in my step-daughter's application for permanent residency (used from inside Canada form...WRONG)and ultimately she has been refused entry based on that blundering error and oversight,despite me questioning forms from the get go. Sure, Canada Immigration and their call center employees' are absolute useless idiots as well, and could've righted this error in the first place but did not, and it snowballed from there. I wouldn't trust this place for such serious matters. Peoples' lives are at stake here. Like I said, nice and friendly staff and seemingly knowledgeable...but tell that to my step-daughter who will be leaving next year and NOT a permanent resident of Canada. What a joke!
