This was one of the most disappointing coffee shop experiences I’ve had.
I ordered a large iced latte with oat milk and paid an extra $1.80 for an additional espresso shot because I was told that both the regular and large sizes come with the same amount of espresso. Since a large contains more milk, I didn’t want a weak, watered-down drink and paid extra for the additional shot.
When I received my latte, it tasted like milk with barely any coffee flavor. I asked whether the extra shot had been added, and the staff admitted that they had forgotten it. Instead of remaking the drink properly, they opened the lid and poured an espresso shot into the already-made iced latte. By then, time had passed, the ice had started melting, and the drink was no longer the same.
To make matters worse, I’m not even convinced that oat milk was used. The taste and texture seemed more like regular milk. At that point I had already left and didn’t want to waste more time coming back after dealing with the first mistake.
I ended up paying $9.20 for a drink that was made incorrectly, “fixed” in the laziest way possible, and still didn’t seem to match what I ordered. If a customer pays extra for modifications, the order should be made correctly. Forgetting ingredients is one thing, but failing to remake the drink after the mistake is poor customer service.
Very frustrating and not worth the price. I won’t be returning.

Grabbed a coffee and a pastry here and it was solid. The chai latte was well made, tasted fresh, and the baked goods were actually pretty good. Just know going in that it's a bit pricey.
The place has a nice vibe, lots of different seating options which is cool, and they've got local art up on the walls. Staff were friendly. Only thing is it was packed when I went in and the line moved a bit slow, but I guess that's just how it is on busy days.
Good spot for a coffee break in the neighbourhood. Would go back.

Wonderful coffee and bottling shop. Super wonderful place to sit in when the sun is shining in the early morning. In addition to great coffee options and pastries, they have a fridge stocked with beers from all over Ontario that are not easily found in your local LCBO. Certainly worth a visit!

Lovely spot. Great atmosphere, lovely coffee & tea, & incredibly diverse & well-made pastries. Big shoutout to Juan & Candice for taking such good care of my friend and I, despite having to deal with a brunch rush. They also have some lovely hip-hop records in the playlist here; I heard Slum Village when I walked in, and Common when I walked out. Definitely gonna be a regular here.
I can't remember the exact names, but I can absolutely recommend the goat cheese & caramelized onion (?) pastry (best dish on the menu in my opinion), the raspberry danish, and the chocolate & vanilla custard chocolatine.

This is a great cozy neighbourhood cafe! The coffee shop has a variety of different seating from different tables to bar stools lined up against the window. They have a variety of baked goods with some gluten free options. I enjoyed a mocha which was well made and tasted great!
