Cozy friendly place. First time have been wanting to go for over a year. Well worth the wait. Service was great and the food so delicious. Parmesan Waffle fries are to die for. The fig/sasauge/ricotta Pizza yummy. Have to go back and try some of the other pizzas.

Everything about the experience was amazing. I visited with someone who is Celiac, and the gluten-free pizzas were amazing. I'm not just saying "amazing for gluten-free pizza" but legitimately amazing. As a proud gluten water, I can honestly say these were some of the best pizzas I've eaten, period. The staff and atmosphere were also incredible. We will definitely be back next time we're in Hamilton.

Food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was so incredibly cool. All of the staff are super chill and kind.

We had the chicken bacon ranch pizza, pickle fries and a zombie cocktail! All 10/10 They made my boyfriend a virgin mojito as well which he loved.

Highly recommend. It's such a unique vibe in an unexpected place on Barton Street. So glad we found Maipai!!

Hidden gem. It’s so easy to drive past this fun tiki bar and not even know it’s there. Definitely make reservations - it’s not a very big place and books up weeks in advance. Our server made great recommendations - we ordered two small pizzas for our group of 4, plus some wings and that was more than enough food. Pizza was thick and filling. Try the painkiller if you like tropical drinks. Didn’t have tons of options that were soy free, so I hope that changes eventually. Also, your reservation has a time limit, so be mindful of that. Our server took a snap of us with the tiki and gave us a Polaroid to take home. Fun!

Drinks were honestly GREAT! Good prices and really good flavor. Every drink we tried was solid.

We ordered a few different pizzas, and overall they were pretty good. My pizza, Garlic x3, ended up being my least favorite though. It was just a bit too bland and didn’t have as much flavor as I expected 😞

The atmosphere was goood and it’s a great spot to hang out. The only small downside was the music. I wish the playlist was a bit better. Service was awesome: friendly, fast, and attentive.

Overall, really good experience and I would definitely go back 🩷
