Peter was an excellent host/owner/ baker. His character alone was enough to try his baked goods. Once we did try his pastries, they were delicious! Coming from California, I did not expect to have such delicious baked goods. When I come back into town, I definitely will have to visit Momoco again!

Easily my favourite donut place ever and one of my favourite small hamilton businesses! The mochi donuts are DELICIOUS and always fresh, plenty of different flavours (my favourites are the milk cereal, pistachio, and coconut when they have it) and their bao buns are also divine! Soft and chewy and not lacking in flavour whatsoever! The service is also always 10/10. The owner is super wholesome and an overall super cool guy and you can tell he really puts his all into the business. This place deserves all of the recognition!

By far the best mochi donuts we’ve tasted! The donuts had a nice light texture & each bite was irresistible. Came on Tuesday morning and was met by one of the friendly and kind owners who explained the large variety of Asian inspired flavours they had for their donuts. We got a pack of freshly made six doughnuts( matcha, pistachio, red bean twist, curry bun, Biscoff, black sesame).

These are the best donuts I’ve ever tried and it’s not even close. I’ve tried other mochi donuts before but they don’t compare in taste and quality. The dough is super chewy and not too sweet which pairs perfectly with the icing on top.

I’ve tried almost all the flavours and while they’re all delicious my favourite is probably milk & cereal because I really like the texture of the cereal with the donut.

The dough itself is not greasy at all and the flavours are all nicely balanced so you can get a taste of each component of the donut. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried yet! They also sell some at Chung Chungs in Westdale! :)

I loved the donuts and the sesame bread! The bread was soft, moist, and you can really taste how fresh everything is. The donuts have that perfect chewy texture. My personal favourites are the matcha and sesame, they got just the right touch of sweetness for me. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated how he took the time to talk about each kind of donut on display (names were displayed yet he took the time to describe the taste). For me, excellent customer service always makes a big difference. Whether it’s good or bad, I love sharing my experiences with friends and supporting places that truly care. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but honestly worth every bite, you can tell these treats are freshly made with love, not baked from frozen.
