Johnny was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and cost and took care of it right away. He also gave me a military discount, which helped! My central stopped cooling this afternoon about noon. Can't have that in this Texas heat. Johnny was able to come out, repair the problem, and get the unit going by 6. He gave us some simple maintenance tips. He is very knowledgeable and dependable. Highly recommend. Thank you Johnny!!

Johnny and Isaac were awesome and very professional. I called Johnny On The Spot Heating and Cooling when my AC went out. Johnny came out and inspected my AC. After doing his inspection , he gave me a quote and different options of what was available to me to fix my AC problem. Upon agreement of the work needed to be done, Johnny and Isaac came up with a execution plan. Johnny and Isaac went above and beyond on executing their job to the upmost professional standards. They both knew time was of the essence in this Texas heat. Thanks to Johnny and Isaac doing such a superb job ,my home is super cold again. For that ,they most definitely deserve this 5star review. Johnny fixed our AC which had gone out within a day, ensuring we got the right part & educated us on things we had no clue about as homeowners. Even during this killer heat, Johnny made sure to get our unit back up & running that same day it quit on us. We will 10000% be going to Johnny for all our HVAC needs from now on.
