Thanks for the great service. Adam came promptly and did a very thorough job cleaning my gas furnace and two gas fireplaces in one visit. Had no issues or problems and left the work areas clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Atel Air & Electric and Adam.

We trusted Atel Air for years with our HVAC needs until they sold, installed and refused to remove a furnace that was two sizes too big. We had an energy audit and the results were found that indeed the furnace was too big. This created extreme humidity in our home to the point where we had to go out and purchase two dehumidifiers urgently. These ran 24/7 and were emptied twice a day. This created an increase in our utility bill by $100 a month. After weeks of back and forth through emails & calls. Some windows in our home, that had compromised seals, the panes of the windows started to grow mold & mildew. The company has refused to completely make good of this traumatic experience by fixing what they broke. We now have to replace all windows in our home. I have back-up emails and photos of the humidity, mold, my plea for them to take the furnace back. Finally after contacting legal council and refusing to silence myself, the owner agreed to take the furnace back, but leave me with damages. The amount of aluminum that was used on the new furnace, made it look like we had the tin man installed. Again, we had to pay for it to be repaired and removed.

The Heat Pump installation went extremely well. Your crew arrived exactly on schedule. For 45 yrs I worked as a planner/scheduler so I appreciate that.
Everyone was friendly and professional. They took the time to answer any questions. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better crew. Hopefully the Heat pump works as well.
A+++

Thanks

Bryan

Shawn and Adam were both excellent at diagnosing and ultimately fixing the issue with my hot water unit. There were several levels of failure and Adam took time to work with the supplier to make sure it could be resolved. Shawn was able to fix the issue and provide info about how to ensure it won’t happen again. Scheduling was easy and efficient and I appreciated being able to speak to a human rather than an automated system.

Excellent service! I had my furnace and AC replaced all in the same day. They went over the system and explained the new thermostat. They were fast, efficient, and very personable. From start to finish everything went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative that they were so accommodating so I did not have to go without during the hot weather! Thank you very much!
