Disappointing Experience at Steve’s Pizza
I’ve always enjoyed Steve’s Pizza, but my experience at this location was disappointing, and I will not be returning.
While waiting outside for my food, I saw a young man park in a designated handicap parking space next to me. He got out of his car and went inside. I did not know he was an employee until I went inside and saw him behind the counter.
I asked him if he was handicapped, and he said no. I then asked him to move his car because he was parked in a designated handicap space. He responded that he could not move it until his manager arrived.
When he eventually came outside, he moved his car out of the handicap space but parked halfway into another parking space, blocking the road. He then told me that if I hit his car, we would have a problem. I felt this comment was unnecessary, as I was simply raising a concern about the parking situation.
The manager then came outside and accused me of threatening a minor. From my perspective, I was addressing the use of a designated handicap parking space, and I was disappointed by how the situation was handled.
I have always liked Steve’s Pizza, which makes this experience especially frustrating. My concern is not with the food, but with the conduct I witnessed and the manager’s response. I believe designated handicap parking spaces should be respected and that concerns should be handled professionally.
Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of this location, and I will not be returning.

Great service, food and wonderful family friendly environment. Juan was great today taking care of my family and I and we had a chance to talk afterwards. We had not visited this location in many years and now I am glad I was able to choose this restaurant on Father's Day. Thank you all for the great and food, great service and an overall great experience. Your restaurant is a blessing to our community.

I have dined here many times before and have never had an issue, which is why I’m so disappointed by this experience. I’m not the type of person who usually leaves reviews, but after receiving a delivery like this, I felt I had to.

When I opened the box, a large amount of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box, clearly showing that the pizza had been mishandled during delivery. Several slices were torn apart, and the pizza was nearly impossible to enjoy as ordered. The photos speak for themselves. Nevertheless the less I understand it was almost time to close not sure if the driver went elsewhere and this was the cause but it isn’t okay.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve always had good experiences dining here in the past. That’s why this delivery was such a surprise and disappointment. I understand mistakes happen, but this pizza should never have been delivered in this condition.

I hope management addresses this with the delivery process so future customers receive the quality that I’ve come to expect from this restaurant. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money and not the quality I have previously received from this establishment

Great place, completely worth it!! Very clean, Juan Carlos was our server but he is also the one of the owners, as he own it with his dad which is the chef... omg!! That chef!! God bless his hands... the pizza was AMAZINGGGGG, the lasagna, the salad dressing and the garlic bread was to dream of!!! This is a small but spacious and family owned restaurant that I will highly recommend to all friends and family! We shake hands with both owner prior leaving as its THE BEST PIZZA PLACE!! Please, don't miss it!!! Highly highly recommended!!!!! ;)

On pie day we had a Steve’s large meatball pizza and wings delivered. We are always concerned about delivery, but this pizza came delivered to us just as good as if we ate it in the restaurant.

The pizza is large with fresh ingredients and big slices cooked perfect, and even tasted great the next day. The wings were large just like the pizza and they were very good. They provided us with a lot of dipping sauce.

Great pizza and a great pie day!
