These folks are very friendly, patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and demonstrated the scissor lift I bought for my neighbor. They also answered my question about a one they sold a year ago that I bought from there customer.

I would definitely buy again from THE LIFT Bros./CHUPP Industrial. I dealt directly with Emily Lemieux who I highly recommend (she is super helpful, totally on the ball and stays in touch with prompt communication. Kara Rainey was also involved with the purchase and follow-up, she also has been Super helpful. The refurbished Genie GR20 I bought is “as new” and is Awesome. I Highly recommend Lift Bros.

We could not have a better experience buying a Snorkel lift. It's better than we anticipated and the customer service is outstanding. They communicated with us very well. Delivery was prompt and they didn't charge an outrageous fee to haul the lift 500 miles. Highly recommend The Lift Bros

The Lift Bros came through for me. I work and live in Houston, Texas and found them on EBay selling a lift that looked really impressive on the screen but like many could not believe that a lift that great could be sold so cheap so I had to go to there site to prove it. Yes I flew out to them just for that lift and I can say it was better then what I saw over video and now have it park outside our office after just getting it delivered for an extra cost by them. These people are the best. Thank you so much to the entire staff (Family). Very much recommended
