Called to schedule some appointments and the front desk woman was incredibly unfriendly, she sounded irritated to do her job and acted as if I was bugging her, even tried to talk me out of scheduling appointments eventually after her putting me on hold I hung up because I don’t want to bring my kids somewhere this type of behavior is tolerated, she also didn’t introduce herself or would give a name

Seek professional care from someone else. I have been here like 5-6 times with multiple members of my family. Not once have we seen an actual doctor. Also just UNPROFESSIONAL all around. Take yourself and your health more seriously than these people will. You deserve better. 🙏♥️

First of all. Just to get a new patient appointment with this organization at ANY LOCATION... I had to use the service of a state nonprofit to get it. (I needed some one from the state to advocate for mean to be seen because they would allow me to do it myself) And go figure when they got involved my phone rang and I was scheduled all of a sudden. It was 2 months or more out. But hey 🤷 I'll take what I can get. THE MAIN IMPORTANCE OF USING THIS SERVICE PROVIDER WAS TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE SEEING A PREVIOUS COUNSELOR who now works through RCH*

2-3 MONTHS GO BY. AND 2 DAYS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT THE CALL AND RESCHEDULED 5 WEEKS OUT. THEN TODAY THEY DID THE SAME THING.

It feels pretty discriminatory at this point. And highly convenient. Super disheartening to get. One auto call to confirm my appointment just to be followed with a separate voicemail back to back. Telling my appointment isn't gonna happen.

When I called to try and submit my grievance they just transferred me back to this location that has been no help at all...

But if your into waiting 3 months to get your appointment pushed back. Then pushed back again. This is the place for you!!! 🤣

Incredible care. The best Family Doctor I have ever had. The staff is amazing - interesting people who are not just friendly and efficient, but humorous, helpful, and unique. The atmosphere is calm, the location pleasant, and being able to have medications delivered here while also getting standard care and basic testing is convenient and reliable. Everywhere one looks, faults can be found. Usually nitpicking, which I try to stay as far away from as possible. There's no personal massage chair, or jukebox. They don't have magic wands or robots that can process and execute your every whim. For those seeking such things...good luck. For those who want quality care in a calm setting with friendly people, you might want to give Rogue Community Health a try!
