As a first-time home buyer, I was overwhelmed and had a lot of questions. From the moment I connected with Garry and Himanshu, all of my worries started to disappear. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always available to guide me through every step of the process.

They helped me with everything—from getting the right mortgage to working with the closing lawyer—and made what seemed like a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. They took the time to explain everything clearly and always had my best interests in mind.

One of the best surprises was receiving my cashback, which was deposited into my bank account just a couple of weeks after closing, exactly as promised.

I actually found Garry through one of his TikTok Live sessions and decided to give him a call. Looking back, that was one of the best calls I’ve ever made. Garry and Himanshu went above and beyond, and the level of service they provided was truly exceptional.

If you’re looking for honest, experienced, and dedicated real estate professionals, I highly recommend Garry and Himanshu. They made my first home-buying experience an amazing one, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you both!
