Francis and Raul did a tremendous job communicating with me about the products, the installation and the cost associated with all. They were on time and were very thorough in their work. Very well done installation and as an IT Professional myself who has done my fair share of installations and cabling, this was some of the best work I have seen. Additionally, I have an older townhome where access from the demarcation point to the top floor is not easy. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend EL-ELYON for your home and business Networking needs.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to El-Elyon Networks and Francis for the excellent installation of our new security system. It was truly a pleasure working with him — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient every step of the way.

The installation process was smooth and thorough, and we feel much more secure knowing our system was set up with such care and expertise. We truly appreciate the quality of work and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I found this company via Google to identify who to work with for installing ethernet ports throughout our very old home (built in 1912). I inquired about pricing and length of time to complete the job. I was looking to setup 12 ethernet ports in total spanning our basement, first, and second floor. Francis returned my communication with a proposal and a 3 day completion timeline. Francis is very professional and responded to a few questions I had about selection of hardware. I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of work Francis performed and would recommend him to anyone looking to establish a wired network throughout their home.

Francis installed a security system at my house almost a year ago. The NVR started to make a beeping noise, which did not go away even after trying to turn it on or off or reset it. I reached out to Francis, and he stopped by my house after work and troubleshooted it and fixed it. The customer service is amazing. He did not get frustrated, was very patient while he worked through the issue, and did not leave until it was resolved. He was easy to contact as well. Cannot recommend him enough!

Francis is professional, prompt and thorough. I work from home, live in an older home, and needed a new home networking solution to meet my needs. He provided a timely quote, and the finished work was spotless. I previously tried limping along with my own home grown solution which wasn't meeting my needs, and now it's amazing to see the difference in performance. Will definitely be calling Francis for any upgrades or expansions I need in the future.
