This place is amazing! It was our first time ever shooting a gun, and Chuck took almost a full hour to explain everything to us and remain nearby to make sure we handled everything correctly. The whole experience was super smooth. The facilities are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely will not be back. No dress code listed online, what I was able to find only mentioned that sandals/ open toed shoes were not allowed. Being that it’s been 100 degrees outside and prior outdoor plans I had been wearing a tank top, not thinking it would be an issue. Immediately upon approaching the desk to sign in for the range RYAN aggressively informed me that tank tops were not acceptable on the range. I let him know that I was not aware of that and I had thoroughly looked through their website to try and find the dresscode and it was not on there. He then proceeded to walk around the counter and flip the “dress code” sign around at me, never losing his aggressive demeanor. I repeated that the information was not available online and all I got was a condescending “okay” followed by silence. I said I would purchase a shirt and received once again a very short “okay” at this point in time my dad and I were done with it. We had a group of 6. All transactions were cancelled. When another employee asked what the issue was all we were met with was excuses. “He must be having a bad day” “People have been giving him a hard time all day” but never any accountability.

I had no issue purchasing a shirt from them. I have never had an issue here. My dad has been taking us since we were old enough to shoot. There was no reason for RYAN to approach me the way he did. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on paying customers is not the way to handle it. Hopefully they can update their website. and fix RYANS attitude.

This is my experience. Today is July 24th 2026. I came in today to do some practice at the range. When I walked in to get checked into the range it took almost 10 to 15 minutes just to get checked in. There was no one in front of me. Then I asked were the used guns counter was. There was a very nice CZ spo1 that I've been looking for for a long time with red grips. I stood there patiently waiting to see if someone would help me. Not only would no one help me but two of the service advisors walked right past me. Didn't even bat an eye. It's sad I used to really love coming to this shooting range. A lot of my buddies used to come here. I'm ex-law enforcement. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I will not be back here to this location for a long time.

We frequent Frontier Justice quite a bit. Each Wednesday night is Ladies Night and you get a great value for you and your guest on that evening after 4 PM.

When we went in we had a membership issue and Alexia promptly apologized, explained the situation and promised to address it. Her customer service was impeccable and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Mark was also exceptional! My husband had an issue with his revolver and Mark came in the range to see if he could assist and then provided relevant and clear next steps on how to get the issue resolved with the manufacturer. In addition, I'd set my jacket on a chair and turned around to find it "missing". When I went out to inquire about it he laughed and said he'd removed it because he thought someone left it. It was all in good fun!!!

Lastly, Bryce showed me a piece I was interested in and advised me on various brands and how they compared to what I was looking at. He also offered his professional opinion on what might be the better purchase for me based on my criteria.

We had a great night and Alexia, Mark and Bryce all contributed to creating an excellent experience for us. Thank you all so much and we'll definitely be returning soon.
