Cross-docking and rail transloading sit alongside trucking, warehousing, and distribution in the company's logistics range. Customers can describe how their cargo is arriving, where it will travel next, and the time available for that movement. If your load needs to be unloaded by hand (not on pallets), make sure you tell them that, or they'll send you down the road. As soon as the alt location sees you need to be hand unloaded, they'll send you right back here.
