The recent completion of several renovation projects has significantly enhanced the overall quality of the properties Brant was asked to oversee. Professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout every stage of the work performed. It is truly refreshing to see such a high level of dedication applied to these essential improvements. The successful outcome of these tasks reflects a commitment to excellence and reliability. Everyone involved can take great pride in the efficient and skillful manner in which these services were delivered.

Efficient and knowledgeable team completed a repair job that we needed taken care of. Extremely happy with the services provided by Cost Plus Construction. Not only are they punctual, they remain in communication every step of the way, and are very fair on their pricing. Highly recommend!

Cost Plus did a job for my client earlier this year. It was a half a million home. This was a fix and flip project. Cost Plus came through for my client. The rehab was completed in a timely manner. There was a project manager available at all times. They kept the project in budget. There were no change orders. My client was able to get nearly full asking price for his property. That’s pretty good in this market.

Signed,

One happy Investor Realtor.

I’ve had the opportunity to see many homes renovated by Cost Plus Construction and have marketed them to buyers purchasing several of those properties. Their work consistently shows quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and strong attention to detail. I highly recommend Cost Plus Construction to anyone considering a renovation or remodeling project.
