So I had been with Allstate for a number of years, and I wanted to save money being that we are safe drivers and had a very short commute to work. Was insuring two vehicle using Milewise and bundled with home insurance. Everything looked good in the beginning, then they kept raising insurance by over a hundred per month.. for both cars and home.

I had asked numerous time to reevaluate, they kept saying... nothing they can do, it's the state of Maryland. And my policy would show all the thousands of dollars in discounts I would be getting. Such a joke! The only number that matters is the bottom line. I was able to save over 130/month switching to Progressive (with even more auto insurance coverage!) and this is without any devices taking my cars. Please do yourself a favor and get quotes from other insurance carriers.

Home insurance seems competitively priced tho, but I had just had it with this company... after all the years of loyalty, they just kept raising 10-15 dollars every renewal... oh, but supposedly I was getting every one of those discounts and I was 'grandfathered' in with original Milewise pricing LOL. Whatever, so glad to be done with them.

Emailed them and received a call the same day from a lovey Ms. April. She was nothing short of sweet and very helpful. Did her best to find me a policy I would be happy with price wise and coverage. 10 stars for her honestly!!

Taylor Seed was professional and efficient.

I had sent a follow up email and did not hear back seeking confirmation the replacement has been processed so I sent a second follow up email.
Taylor responded that she was unexpectedly out of the office and was honest rather than giving me a story which is appreciated.

The only negative experience was the All State interface as when I dialed the agency it directed me to the 800 call center and it was a challenge to connect directly with the agency.

I spoke with Nicole Antonelli around 4:30 PM on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and I wanted to recognize the excellent customer service she provided. Although my issue is still being worked on, Nicole made the experience very pleasant. She took the time to listen carefully, did not rush me, and was patient throughout our conversation.

I also appreciated how kind and understanding she was when my two young children were making noise during the call. She remained professional, courteous, and empathetic, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
