This is the last year as a cefa family as we prepare our child for graduation with heavy hearts.

This school and it's staff member's has really become an extended family for our child. He not only knows every staff members name but is welcomed to school with open arms everyday.

We have been attending cefa for 2 years already, and our child has been so happy! The parents we met are wonderful families, the teachers are all very knowledgeable and warm with the children, and our son is starting to read, he is not even 4! He is interested in art now, and is always telling us things he's involved in at school. We could not be happier, our little guy is busy and happy during the day, and can't wait to go to school!

I have been working with cefa for less then two months and although I am relatively new it is hands down the best place I have ever worked for before. Everyone takes their job very seriously and more importantly loves what they do, myself included. For anyone who has any questions regarding the motives of this school and it’s staff members need only take a tour to realize that these schools are amazing. These schools and the people that run it are a family and the children are the first priority. A more accurate representation of the school is the blog which you can check out at www.cefakids.wordpress.com

Hi! I am a CEFA Teacher and have been for the past 8 years. My children now go to the school, and I love it both as a teacher and as a mother. The owner is truly inspirational, and as teachers, we cannot work there without receiving a full year of training to be able to implement this incredible program.
At CEFA, you will find what every child deserves: kind, loving Teachers who play with the children and get messy with them; lots of play, and a stimulating environment to explore. We believe that the early years are the most formative years of a child, and work to stimulate children in a happy and fun environment. CEFA is about truly exploring with the child, learning through games, projects, puppetry, and science experiments. It is so much fun!
I would suggest touring the school to see what I am talking about!
I hope to hear from you if you have had the chance to visit!

This place is only interested in money. The owner, Natascha, is not a qualified Early Childhood Educator and lies to parents about her credentials. Her background is in business, not education and it really shows.

She breaks licensing rules constantly and there are not enough inspectors to catch her.
She says that she has a "CEFA" method, but she gives the children workbooks that can be bought in London Drugs.

Her methods are not scientifically proven methods that enrich the development of children, but merely age-inappropriate drills that are targeted at naive parents who believe they are getting "the best".

In reality, any qualified teacher would be appalled at CEFA.

I am a mother and a teacher at Core Education & Fine Arts, where I have taught for the last 8 years. Many of us have been there for years, and have come from very reputable pre-schools, montessori schools and centres. Many of us have several years of experience as educators. In addition, we have received from CEFA (taught by Natacha herself), a full year of Teacher Training, to be able to actually teach using the CEFA method, and inspire children to learn. This is what it takes to become a CEFA teacher, this and much effort, creativity and kindness. The above comments seem to come from a person who has never set foot in a CEFA school. If this person had, she would know how to spell Natacha's name; she would know that our licensing record is impeccable and exceeds regulations; she would know that Natacha has never studied "business" in her life, she is an elementary school teacher specialized in Junior Kindergarten, and still continues to study to this day, early education and psychology, to keep getting better at what she does; and she would also know that what we purchase at London drugs are printers, not books :) Natacha's only goal in life is to up the standards of early learning for all children, Canadian and worldwide. She is an inspiring leader to all of us. Anyone who has worked at CEFA knows how large, detailed and complex our curriculum is, how thorough the training is, and how hard it is for Teachers to make it happen, to bring the magic into the classroom. I hope the writer of the above comment gets the chance to meet Natacha someday, and be touched by her kindness and her dedication to young children.
