I had mixed feelings about the Academy of Learning, especially after hearing some of the negative experiences a few of my coworkers have had there. But after speaking with Sharron at the winnipeg south location, I wasn't concerned. Turns out each Academy of Learning school is saparately owned and operated - my coworkers experiences were at the location on redwood.
I didnt complete a full program, i just took a few courses. But based on how I was treated by the teachers I will go back for more education. At university i felt like a number. At the academy of learning (south location, NOT redwood) I felt like a person.
