There is three stair leading up to store which is hard to get up with stroller. 75% of the time it wasn't open when I came even though I came on date and time it was supposed to be open. Gave items didn't see money never called me back when I called. Was told month after I gave items to store they donate items at end of season that weren't sold. So I asked about money or what had been sold I would take back items myself that hadn't been sold and they never called me back. On positive note it that they do have neat inexpensive toys but i would not sell toy there.

This store is amazing! I just read the other review here and can't believe we were at the same store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything I needed for my two children. The store is very family oriented with a play area, changing facilites and a nursing area. I have consigned items there and had absolutely no problem. My items sold within two weeks and I was paid immediately. Everyone I know with children shops there and loves it. The kids get so excited when they know we are going to Roundabout Kids.

I had a really hard time collecting my money after dropping off items. Also, I was told items had not been sold, but could not find them in the store. Also, peices were missing when toys were returned to me. I would NOT buy or sell with thi store ever again.
