Iwould just like to state how dissatified I am with the Shell Gas Station on Dougall Avenue in Windsor, Ontario. I cannot count how many times I have gone there and used my debit card at the pump only to be told at the end that a receipt was unavailable or I had to go inside to get it. Is this not the purpose of the Pay-At-The-Pump, so as one does not have to go inside. I would probably say that 9 out of 10 times this happens. After one too many times of this happening, I have decided to switch to the Petro station near my home also.

I do not feel it is worth it, even with the airmiles rewards to keep on going to this station, unfortunately Shell will also lose as a result, to keep on having this same problem happen.
